• Review all RFQ/RFP requirements to ensure compliancy

• Collaborate with team members to develop graphics using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

• Ensure graphics visually deliver proposal message in clear, concise, and compliant manner

• Coordinate with proposal staff to ensure graphics align with team’s vision and layout

• Added-value icon development, flow charts, organizational charts, proposal-format summary schedules, non-technical map graphics, charts/tables, and technical graphic coordination.

Document Review/Mark-ups/Editing:

• Review to ensure complies with RFQ/RFP requirements

• Provide document draft review with clear mark-ups

• Review document for grammar, organization, structure, consistency, and clarity

• Provide narrative edits to ensure consistency and clarity for final submittal

• Document formatting
